Saltwater Retreat is the perfect place for a beach getaway! My family of 6 had plenty of room and everything we needed! The decor was so cute and Beachy, giving the perfect vibe! Highly recommend this unit!

Saltwater Retreat was perfect for our trip. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out. It was an easy walk to several restaurants. The resort style pool was great for the kids. They made friends and played for hours. The beach chairs made our beach time very enjoyable. We were able to soak up the sun and grab some shade when needed from the umbrella. The water felt amazing and was clear and beautiful. The kids built sand castles, jumped waves and rode their boogie boards. Kathy and Jeff were great hosts and easy to work with. We will definitely go back to Saltwater Retreat.

We love this place and will definitely go back to Saltwater Retreat for another future stay. Beautiful grounds and view from our private balcony. We had a wonderful stay and had everything we needed for our family. We loved the pool and hot tub, the easy walk to the beach with chairs and umbrella set-up, and great restaurants that are a quick 5 minute walk from the complex. Weather was wonderful in October!

We love staying here. It is beyond clean and has everything your family will need. The owners are lovely! The walk is accessible to the beach, and if you are lucky, the ice cream man will drive by while you are walking, and you can get a treat along the way. We love it.

This condo we found was a treasure! Very clean and all the comforts of home. Loved the decor and comfortable beds. Loved the full kitchen and washer/dryer too. The best swimming pool and hot tub spa right outside our condo with a block walk to the beautiful teal waters. The added beach service was really nice and the condo had a beach cart to lug all our stuff which was a blessing. There are a couple restaurants in short walking distance. This neighborhood is very nice with condos and palm trees. The public beach is in walking distance if you want to head to the beach and wait on check in, which is what we did to utilize every day to the fullest. Kathy is a sweetheart, and communication through email, text and phone call was a quick response. We are checking dates now to reserve again next year!

As a family with kids, it is hard to find “the one”. Our family of four visits the area 1-2 times each year and recently spent time at Saltwater Retreat – 10/10 recommend this perfect condo and would definitely call it “the one” for us. With the beach, Kenny D’s and Capt. Dave’s all within easy walking distance, there isn’t even necessarily a reason to get back in the car very often throughout the stay. The amazing pool was an added bonus and our kids went for a swim each night. The condo was super cute, extremely clean, well prepared and the owners extremely nice and helpful. We will definitely be renting this unit for our next family trip to the Destin/Miramar Beach area.

This is my second year to spend the winter at Saltwater Retreat. The accommodations are everything you need to enjoy your stay. The pool is fabulous and the beach is just across the street. You are within walking distance of many restaurants. If shopping is something you enjoy, the outlet stores are only a couple of miles away. I will be spending the winter of 2025 back at Saltwater Retreat. Best condo by the beach.

This was by far one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. We loved Miramar Beach and will continue to stay here every year we come down. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The host was so helpful through the whole booking process all the way up till the day we checked out. Thank you so much for everything and we cannot wait to visit next year!!

My family and I spent a few days at this adorable condo. It was VERY clean and had everything that we needed. The pool was wonderful, and a couple of restaurants were within walking distance. We will definitely be booking again.

My family of 5 rented this condo on a trip to Destin, Fl for a baseball tournnament. The accomodations fit our family perfectly! My kids (ages 14, 14. & 12) loved the pool area and easy access to the beach. We were very close to the ball fields and we loved being able to grill food in the pool area. The owners were very easy to communicate with and we had no issues. We will definately use this condo again!

We had an amazing time at 208 Beach Resort. The condo was perfect for our stay. Having the full two baths and multiple sleeping spaces allowed us to spread out and easily accomodated our 6 family members. The pool, hot tub and beach chairs provided lots of enjoyable outdoor fun. Having multiple restaurants within walking distance to the condo was great. This time of year was very nice for our stay with warm but not hot weather and easy access to restaurants and entertainment without being too crowded. Thanks for sharing your amazing condo with our family. We will definitely return!

We did not have plans to travel for Spring Break but saw an opening at this location. I have stayed at several vacation condos in the past, but this particular condo was the best. The furniture was nice, the condo was clean, the location was great, and the owners were amazing. They provided upfront details on what to expect during our stay, and checked in on us while we were there. Looking forward to our future stays at this condo!

This choice of destination for our spring break vacation was perfect for us! It offered everything we could have possibly been looking for! From convenient parking, to easy access to pool, hot tub, beach and dining…we were extremely pleased! This cozy beach resort condo was clean and had easy elevator access! It provided in-room laundry access, as well as a kitchen with everything needed for cooking and eating in when desired. The owners were friendly, courteous and responsive. Great dining options were available within a few minutes' walk and tons of amazing options within a very short drive. It was a peaceful, quiet area and the pool was warm and relaxing. We enjoyed our coffee in the sun on the balcony every morning and hit the hot tub on a nightly basis enjoying every minute of it. We scheduled a fun deep sea fishing adventure only 15 minutes from the condo one day. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were convenient and easy to acquire, allowing for worry-free beach days! There was also a Catholic Church within a mile and a half of the condo, to allow us to easily worship as desired! This was an all-around excellent and sensible option for our family! We would definitely rent again!
