Saltwater Retreat

Our Condo, Saltwater Retreat, is located at Beach Resort Unit 208 in Miramar Beach, Florida just east of the Destin and Fort Walton area. This ideal location considered part of the 30a scenic communities is the perfect place to relax surrounded by lush landscaping and miles of white sandy beaches and emerald waters. It doesn’t get any better than this! The unit features a fully-stocked kitchen and coastal-themed living area with plenty of room to dine and unwind for an amazing and peaceful vacation oasis.

The splish-splash of the fountain on the pool deck, and the echo of the waves meeting the shore, drench each inch of this vacation rental in a relaxing aquatic melody. Not only does the unit overlook the resort style pool and beautiful landscaped common areas with partial ocean views, but it also has deeded beach access just a few steps away.

Play in the surf, grab lunch at one of several nearby beach restaurants, and then head a few miles either east or west for some epic shopping and entertainment at either of Destin’s two outdoor malls, Destin Commons or Silver Sands Factory Outlet Mall.

With the many complex amenities, surrounding local attractions, and world-class adventures awaiting you, we are sure this will be a vacation to remember!

Our condo's spacious open living room features a classic coastal feel with plenty of seating, entertaining area, smart TV, dining table, and additional seating at the granite kitchen bar. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the amenities needed to cook your favorite meals while away from home. It is an ideal place to relax after a long day full of sun and sand on the beautiful surrounding beaches, or you can choose to relax with a glass of wine on the balcony overlooking the gorgeous pools and water features while the sun sets in the distance over the horizon. 

A king-size bed, coastal furnishings, smart TV, large closet, and private bathroom highlight the master suite. There is also an adorable bunkroom with a built-in single over double bunk bed, closet, smart TV, and large guest bathroom. If more sleeping arrangements are needed, the living room couch boast a queen pull-out bed allowing this unit to comfortably sleep 7 people.

Additional amenities in the unit include a stackable washer and dryer, plenty of hooks and storage, an inviting entryway table with additional storage space, and games, cards, and books provided for your enjoyment in the living room entertainment cabinet. A beach cart and umbrella are stored in the laundry area, and three beach chairs are stored under the bunk beds that may be used in addition to the complimentary beach service for two provided from March 1st to October 31st. Please rinse, air dry, and return these items to the storage location if used. 

This truly is a special place that we hope will be filled with lots of memory-making moments during your vacation stay.

Winter monthly rates for November through February are $2,750/month plus taxes, cleaning fee, and damage policy fee.  Please call to reserve your monthly stays!

Rental Policies and Conditions

Payments Accepted: Credit Cards, Personal Checks, Certified Checks, Peer to Peer Payment, Cash, Bank Transfers.

A $175.00 cleaning Fee is charged per reservation

A $79.00 non-refundable Damage Protection Policy/Fee is charged per reservation

State, county, and local Florida sales taxes are charged on all rentals at a total rate of 12%

No rentals to anyone under 25 or to students

No pets allowed

HOA and Property rules state: No RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area.  No hanging any items including towels and bathing suits on balcony railings.
